How to Book
Our 'live' booking calendar is just one click away. Before heading there, read on for a step by step guide on how to book.
1. Check availability by clicking onto our 'Live Calendar' page. Scroll to your desired date.
2. To book click on the Blue + logo beside the day/date you wish to book.
3. Provide your details to get you registered on the Hallmaster booking system. Once you verify your email, login to Hallmaster and complete your booking form.
4. Be sure to add any extra line items you require and to tick the relevant boxes on the booking form. The last 3 boxes are mandatory tick requirements to confirm you've read and understood our Terms and Conditions, etc.
5. Confirm your booking. Your booking will show as pending and will be forwarded to our booking team to confirm. If your booking is for a 'one off' event, a booking deposit and/or damage deposit may be required - as detailed below. Your booking invoice detailing payment terms will then be emailed to you. Your booking will be held as pending should an advance payment be required. Your invoice will detail payment terms and timelines. Bookings will be cancelled where payments become overdue.
Booking deposits for 'one off' bookings are generally applied at 50% of the booking cost. A minimum charge applies as follows: £50 Small Hall; £75 Large Hall; £125 Full Venue; £400 Weddings.
Damage deposits (refundable): £200 Weddings; other booking types & deposits to be confirmed.
